“I booked this property for my family of 6 as a gathering space for my son's graduation from the University of Denver. I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. “We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment is very cozy, with a rustic but modern feel. It has everything you need for an extended stay, with the exception of W/D. The bathroom is HUGE! The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood but with quick access to the city. Gannon was a fantastic host. We appreciated his very proactive and clear communication. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!”

“Cleanliness was great. Parking was a challenge as an elder in that it was on the street versus in the alley which I used in order to pack up to leave. The futon couch was extremely uncomfortable and hurt to sit on.”

We had a GMC Terrain which was a tight fit, but once we got the hang of it, entry and exit was smooth (with a spotter)The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets and pillows were available.
