「適逢復活節，酒店放了很多兔子小擺設像童話，酒店不是規模很大，房間不多，但管理很好，早餐簡單而精美，房間及浴室都很大，床舖非常舒適，浴室更配有按摩浴缸，房間的裝修布局很傳統的美式豪華。酒店展出很多曾入住的名人相片，酒店提供免費的停車場，非常方便，下次會再入住。」

「I booked a king size, maybe queen size bed room, but when I checked in, it's 2 single beds, called front desk, they told me, queen size bed room were oversaled...but they gave me a bigger room. I think it's better to tell me when I checked in, not after.」

「The environment is great but no desk in the room.」

「Very good location. Although we were assigned room on Ground floor But the room is quite. This turned out to a big surprise, as our car just parked outside of wondow, gym room and breakfast room just next door. We arrived earlier and our room was ready in a minute without any question asked. Within 10 minutes we were in Premium Outlet, entertainment and shopping mall. We loved to stay in Hampton Inn.」

「在入住前两个小时预定，但是酒店没有收到预定信息，在我出示预定确认邮件和行程单后，仍然不给办理入住。从晚上十一点一直等到超过零点。 最后我要的大床房，给的双床，房间里还有脏毛巾在地板。 入住信息没有登记，导致Wi-Fi无法使用。 这是我最糟糕的经历，没有之一，非常生气。」

「入住時，前台人員不專業，態度不佳，與她確讓房型設施時，竟說她不確定，要我們自己去看，如果有問題，要我自己去找Hotels.com反應？！飯店房間老舊，浴缸沒有提供防滑墊，淋浴時險些滑倒」

「The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.」
