El hotel no cuenta con habitaciones muy cómodas Los colchones son algo incómodos, las habitaciones pequeñas y muy austeras se encuentra sumamente lejos de las áreas de interés yo cometí el error de hospedarme en esa zona, tienes que caminar demasiado para encontrar la estación del metro y reportamos un desperfecto en la habitación y nunca acudieron en las dos noches que estuvimos ahí para repararlo.

Es war recht modern, leider war es allerdings nicht sauber. Viel Staub im Zimmer & noch Essensreste vom Vorgänger im Waschbecken & am Boden.

An apology would of gone a long way

My friend got to check in before me, was asked for our reference number serval times, and they still managed to struggle to find our booking. On top of that the young guy at the desk had checked us into someone else name who hadn’t paid, and was insistent we wasn’t the ones who paid. So we ended up double paying, to then be put in the wrong room. When it was eventually sorted out the room was decent, but the floor was dirty. Considering what we had gone through there was no meaningful apology given, even when we spoke to the manager - no mention of sorry for the inconvenience caused to us.

You get what you pay for

In the summer these student units turn into a mini Oven, the windows open about 2 inches and the fan provided just blows warm air around, the mattress is quite thin, when you sit on it you end up sitting on the bed. The shower is very very small and cramped, only 2 pillows provided for both people. It is also a very small double bed and is against the wall so one person is trapped. But on the plus side it was cheap. So as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

This is not hotel is hostel. Room small without aircond provide a 12" fan. This is not 3.5Star should be 1Star or less. In the room with a chair is full of dust. Property staff some still ok the worst i meet maybe is indian male less hair talking very rude with his poor english. Most of the people stay there is student maybe he thought I' m the student who staying there his attitude is very bad. Hostel without parking need to park at public parking with charge 10pound per day but if event day charge 15pound per entry.(event day mean wembley stadium got any event)

Never got to stay there they cancelled my booking saying my card was nvalid If they didn’t take debit card they should have stated so I was highly embarrassed not being able to host my Pastor who flew all the way from west Africa to attend a conference here

For solo traveller

This is for solo traveller. The room is small, toilet is tiny but for the location and price, it is acceptable. Serivice was great. Not for fussy or big guys. Walls are thin so you’ll hear everything. Factory outlet is just below, convenient.

The room was extremely clean and a brilliant location for the stadium and arena. The only downside was it was incredibly hot in the room. No air conditioning and the windows wouldn’t open hardly at all making it very uncomfortable.

Wembley; the place to stay

Great little studio room. Really clean and had all the amenities you could need, including a fan (traveled during the 38c heatwave). Staff were great. Checked us in early so we could make the most of our first day in London. Heard absolutely no noise from any other residents or the shopping centre, which was directly opposite and below us. Would definitely stay again.

Greeted by EXCRETION on bed douvet!!!

It was my worst hotel experience EVER!!! I was welcomed into my room with dirty bed sheets (douvet had excretion stains, as well as urine samples). Although, they changed bed linen and all, I couldn't bring myself round to staying there overnight, so decided to shower and head to airport, and wait for my flight in the terminal, as opposed to staying over night. All the other local hotels were fully booked, so waited 8 hours at Heathrow for my flight, but anything was better than sleeping in a hotel, that thought it was ok to present their room with such distaste. However, on complaining to hotels.com and showing them pictures of the room and it's bedsheets, I was refunded in full. So I thank hotels.com for calming the situation.

Todella likainen, saapuessani hotelliin 3 huonetta oli varattu yhdessä huoneessa lakanoita ei ollut ollenkaan. Tyynyt ja peitot heitetty pöydän päälle. Kävin pyytämässä henkilökunnalta, että siivooja tulisi, henkilökunnan mukaan siivoojaa ei ole öisin klo 22:00 aikoihin. Pyyhkeet olivat likaisia, kahdessa oli täpliä. Ei ilmastointia, ikkunat aukeaa 2cm, henkilökunnan mukaan turvallisuussyistä. Huoneet todella lämpimiä. Kävin pyytämässä tuuletinta ja sain sen 3 pyynnön jälkeen. En suosittele!

No frills economy

Even though I had directions it was hard to find and there was no response when I rang the buzzer. I managed to get in as someone came out. But the room was fine - minimalistic but clean and adequate. Big plus - someone had the foresight to leave the fan on on a scorching day. The coffee sachet though was awful!

Wouldn't come again

The hotel was well situated and i had a long standing booking that was cancelled despite me giving them valid details of my credit card, only to be informed they were not correct, which i know to be untrue. I had no choice but to rebook at a greater cost to myself sadly. I don't think i would stay again as the room was not as expected, it was noisy and the shower was broken, all in all, not happy.
