This was in a great location and price good for facilities provided. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was comfortable and convenient. We had issues accessing the front door and found the apartment door tricky but once resolved it was easy. Beware access is up a lot of stairs.

Very neat & clean, and felt safe & secure. Good value for the price. Too many steps for someone my age. A towel bar and a hook or two would be helpful. Also could not get onto WiFi when needed. Good restaurants nearby, though.

Excellent location and communication from the managers However, the room was in the top of the building and very hot, the bathroom so small you can’t shut the door when you are on the toilet and there was a lot of noise in the building in the middle of the night

Lacked basic bathroom supplies (towels, soap, toilet paper). Upon contacting the first night, towels were provided, but not other supplies. Damages in the apartment upon arrival (broken toilet seat, window, wall).

Very disappointed. We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. The study was so small. We all had a carry on, and taking down was very difficult. The managent does not reply on a timely manner. There was no toilet paper, not enough bath towels. Unfortunately, we experienced Londons heat wave which this place did not have AC. Which I know is common in London not to have AC. I requested another fan and nobody replied. This studio should Only be advertised for 3 people max! It was very close to Kensington Park.

No hubo cambio de sábanas ni toallas. Se entiende que es un apartotel pero que no cambien las sábanas en una estancia de 12 noches!!! Zona insegura: en dos ocasiones me detuvo la policía me pidieron que me identificara y revisaron mis pertenencias. Pregunté la razón y me indicaron que era una zona de alto tránsito de drogas. HOTELES .COM debería hacer su tarea de lo contrario se convierte en una app poco confiable.

Una propiedad muy buena con lo requerido para una estancia un poco más larga, y que cuenta con horno de microondas, refrigerador, cafetera y otros. La habitación que solicite era para 5 personas, y la verdad es que si esta chica, pero bien. Lo único es que cualquier estación de metro o autobús queda retirado, no es buen lugar para personas que no puedan caminar mucha distancia.
