This lovely 32m2 studio is on the lower ground floor, accessible by stairs.
Designed with an open-plan living room/ bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows, free wi-fi, washing machine, and a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The kitchen includes appliances such as electric hob, oven, dishwasher, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

The nearest train station, London Fields, is just a 5-minute walk.
London Gatwick Airport is a 1h10 drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
