Amazing location and very clean rooms. We will definitely stay there again! The only downside was that the TV in our room was a bit old and took some time to load the TV channels and YouTube.

Good pricepoint, excellent linens, efficient aircon (it was a hot couple of nights and I slept undisturbed). Central location is busy but not overly intrusive. Staff are really helpful without being fussy. I never stay anywhere else when in Town.

Great hotel in a lovely part of soho! It has a boutique feel with all the stylish aspects that come along with that. I stayed in one of their larger rooms & had no complaints! Spacious, clean & the bathroom was very chic.

The staff were nice, but the apartment style rooms were a bit far from the main hotel in an unmarked building with no elevator. This made it a bit difficult to find at night, and it was tough getting multiple suitcases up and down the narrow staircase.

Excellent location of course, rooms small and very odd without a window but claustrophobic. Zero help with bringing the luggage in when checking into hotel or any assistance with luggage when checking out. Rate this a zero! Would not stay there again.
