Master Bedroom: King size bed, with all fresh linen, bedding and a pillows. There is a built-in wardrobe big enough to fit all your clothes and store your belongings.

Second Bedroom: Includes double bed, with all fresh linen, bedding and a pillows and a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a night table with drawers for added convenience.

Foyer: Equipped with a coat hanger, shoe rack, and additional wall storage for your everyday essentials.

Kitchen has all the amenities you need, including the microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge-freezer and gas hobs. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The flat offers limited free street parking in front of the block and in nearby streets. Additionally, street parking is free from Friday after 5 pm until Monday at 9 am, making it convenient for weekend stays. While spaces are limited, there are usually options available around the neighbourhood, especially during weekends when parking is unrestricted.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
