Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Please avoid. Poor customer service and communication. The property cancelled on me and my friends 30 minutes before check in via email and would not respond to my emails or calls leaving me and my friends stranded in London on a bank holiday with many hotels and apartments booked up.
