I think that the apartment had been recently refurbished which was nice because everything was freshly painted and the kitchen area hadn’t had to much use. Access was easy and the flat felt secure. The kitchen utensils were clean as was the toaster and cooker etc. The bedding was also fresh and clean as were the towels in the bathroom.

Perfectly serviceable & clean. Can bever understand why properties dint provide adequate wifi - there were 4 rentals in the property and the signal fluctuated quite a bit. Also the central heating (radiators) didn't appear to be working and Ill never understand why the room had a wall mounted TV remote but was not connected to an aerial - very frustrating

We had a very pleasant stay. It was exactly like the photos: super clean, very bright thanks to the many windows, and the natural light was very pleasant. The kitchen has everything you need. The location was great, and the surrounding area also offers a lot of options (cafés, shops, restaurants, bars/pubs, grocery stores, …). Furthermore, the underground station is very close, as are parks, and you can find everything you need. We would definitely recommend staying here. It was the perfect option for our girls' trip; we could cook ourselves or have breakfast at home and treat ourselves elsewhere, and we had so much space instead of being in a small hotel room. Since the area is very popular, you should be aware that it's not super quiet, but it definitely won't be disturbing, and the street itself is quiet. A super affordable and fair option. Both arrival and check-in went smoothly. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

A weekend break.

We arrived at 20:15 to there being no bedding for our daughter, we phoned the number provided and they said that we had not booked for a child. After a couple more phone calls (one of them was so rude, they hung up on us) we emailed proof that we had booked, they arranged for bedding to be delivered. The guy who delivered was very polite and helpful and swiftly made the bed, so our daughter could get some sleep before our busy weekend! It was 22:00 before she could go to bed. There were no instructions on how to use things, so we had no central heating as we could not get it to turn on being December it was freezing, there was one electric heater that we could use. The TV had no signal, so it was unusable. As we were there during the storm it was incredibly noisy with wind, there was also a lot of plane and train noises. Beds were comfortable, accommodation was nice and clean. Shower took a while to figure out as the knob wasn’t aligned. Was really disappointed with telephone communication at the start and being made out to be liars, but in the end we had a great weekend, we have a blue badge for our daughter which made parking a lot easier. Property was a good location for shops and restaurants.

Poor communication

After chasing check in details on my day of the stay (we had been in touch a number of times previously) we received check in details about 30-45 mins after we'd arrived. Initially we were asked to send ID again (I'd sent this a month or so previously twice) but luckily we didn't have to send it again. The place was so so itself. Small and cozy. Although, the toilet seat was broken and the shower leaked when being used. Tea and coffee facilities were available but there was no milk. I mean, the area and street were fine but the lack of communication caused a lot of stress. Nevermind the shower and broken toilet seat!

Gute Lage. Nähe zur Underground, zur Bushaltestelle und zwei Supermärkten perfekt. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig. Lag aber vielleicht auch an den Nachbarn. Alles super geklappt beim einchecken und guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Alles gut

Très bon compromis, appartement dans un joli quartier à 10 minutes des stations de métro à pied et à quelques mètres des lignes de bus pour rejoindre le centre. idéal pour une petite famille.

Fin lejlighed. Dog larm og meget kraftig hash luft fra den lejede lejlighed nedenunder men det gik stærkt fra vi ringede til udlejer, så var de smidt ud. Meget dårlig seng som ekstra opredning. Man lå på fjedrerne. Så derfor bedst velegnet til 2 personer. Men kunne sagtens finde på at booke dette sted igen. Dejligt roligt kvarter med indkøbs muligheder og restauranter og caféer og i gå afstand til banen

너무 만족했습니다

춥다는 후기도 있는것 같아 걱정했는데 radiator도 여러대가 있고 아주 따뜻하게 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 그리고 최근에 리모델링을 한 것인지 관리를 잘한건지 매우 깨끗하였습니다. 위치로는 24시간 버스인 14번 버스가 근처에 정차하기 때문에 시간에 쫓기지않고 걱정없이 여행 다닐수 있었습니다.

Wir haben einen Kurztrip vom 31.01.-02.02.2025 in der Unterkunft verbracht. Tolle,ruhige Lage! Die kleine Wohnung gut ausgestattet für einen Kurztrip und sauber. Leider war es eiskalt, keine Heizung ließ sich anmachen! In der Dusche nur kaltes Wasser. Bei den Temperaturen leider ein absolutes No Go!!!! Es gibt eine Mini Elektroheizung mit der sich die Räume leider nicht aufheizen ließen. USTAY hat leider auf keine Mail reagiert! Das war sehr enttäuschend!

Communication with the owner was poor, they did not rectify or apologise for any of the issues I highlighted to them. They have not responded to my messages about my stay and no response to a partial refund request. Bathroom was not up to scratch and TV had no aerial input so struggled to relax.
