Adorable Private Cottage!
This little love nest is PRIVATE! So nice not to hear neighbors! Spotless with stocked essentials. Just bring your food & coffee! We will comeback!

Great couple's stay near SoFi stadium
We were very happy with our stay here, the inside of the house was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchen with an oven range, small refridgerator and microwave. The kitchen had everything needed including dishes, cooking utensils and pans. The shower was very nice, with hotel style soap and shampoo dispenser, and clean towels. The unit was a seperate one bedroom house in the backyard of the main property, with private gated access. The yard was surrounded by very tall walls covered in plants, it was very private and protected from the street and the park next door. Parking was always available. Just a heads up, the property managers do not allow any more people than the registered number of guests at the location unless previously approved. We didn't have any guests on our trip, so it didn't matter to us. This is a great location to visit SoFi stadium, as it is about a 10 - 15 minute drive away. Just a warning, if you plan on going to SoFi, Uber, Lyft and taxis will not pick up at SoFi after an event due to the horrible traffic in the area. We ended up driving and parking about a mile away from the stadium, because parking was so expensive.

Nice, private, secure hideaway central to LA’ best attractions!
Great things about the Alice: super towels, great bed, well stocked kitchen and bath, super coffeemaker, loved the privacy, always a parking space, central safe location, close to laundry, quiet neighborhood, next to park, good internet. And if anything was amiss, all we had to do was to text hosts and they responded in a flash!! Would stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at this location… this space is perfect for a weekend getaway and grateful it was clean! I was happy my friends lived nearby and I had such a comfortable stay while visiting. Will definitely return to this location when I visit in the future.

Clean and convenient
My father recently stayed at the property when he came out to help us out with childcare. The property was clean and up to date. Property is highly recommend and will definitely use again when the opportunity arises. Only one small note: the check in info was a bit delayed (sent after following up after check-in time) but was promptly remedied.
