"I booked a suite which wasn't cheap, only to find out it's above the office and the farthest room from the beach. The property was understaffed with one person working the Tiki Bar and one bartender in the restaurant resulting in long wait times to get a drink or food. The beach is very nice, the pool area just ok. "

"We were in Florida for a week and needed a bit of laundry done. No soap avail to wash clothes. Asked the housekeepers and they didn’t understand English. Finally we got a handful on soap to do laundry. Breakfast was ok but ran out of bacon and eggs. We asked one of the workers but again no English. Kind of disappointing."

"Expedia put me and my wife in a wheelchair room, something that would not have happened if I went directly through the hotel. Unfortunately, having no counter space and a sink next to the bed, and our wake up times 2 hours apart, it made for a miserable experience trying to shave and brush teeth in the dark, my wife was not happy and neither was I, I called expedia and they basically said it is what it is, otherwise the manager at the hotel was great and apologetic, we cut our trip short as it was not livable"

"We loved everything. The staff was exceptionally nice. My only suggestion would be for a gluten free option in the restaurant (such as a gluten free pasta or pizza) or the food places outside. However, this will not stop me from returning. "
