Naples Bay Resort & Marina

10/10 Excellent

"We loved Naples Bay Resort and Marina!!! The resort is beautiful and very well located!! Staff was amazing!!! Very family friendly! Jose really made our stay so amazing and was super helpful and friendly!! Our kids loved him!! Even if you stay at the resort, there is lots to do, from the great pools, the lazer river, the spa and fitness center, you will not be disappointed! The hotel has many great restaurants in the resort and the views of the marina were spectacular! The hotel offers shuttles to many of the attractions nearby as well as to the beach which is beautiful!! Every recommendation they gave us was great!! We come to Florida very often and it was our first time in Naples. We will definitely be coming back here!!"

"The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean with separate sitting area and kitchenette, 2 TVs and spacious balcony with lounge chairs and table with chairs. The view was great, parking was easy and beach chairs and umbrellas were available for all. Beach area is huge with white sand. I didn’t use the pool, but the area was very nice. There are two restaurants and bars onsite with live entertainment at times. My only complaint is that the room air conditioner was very noisy. There was also construction noise from neighboring property and street which made it unpleasant to use the balcony during the day, but that was beyond the control of DiamondHead, and understandable considering the island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian."
