The location is beautiful with a magnolia tree, pine tree and wisteria in full bloom hanging over the fence (which is in need of repair—stated in listing). "Place is spacious and nicely decorated, four full bathrooms which is hard to come by (and needed when you have three teenagers along)! While it was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, I would have preferred to have stayed on the beach. The listing is accurate. The cleaners could do a better job- dirty walls & food left to rot in disposal. I went to use the coffee maker in the morning and found moldy grounds from a previous guest. House is well-stocked, but things to bring from...

"This property was better than we could have imagined! We brought e-bikes with us and were pleasantly surprised to find numerous trails to bike/walk on around the pond and through the woods. It was so private and peaceful. Choice of 3 fire pits to catch any view you like and 2 docks to fish from or have breakfast. Kayak and paddle boat to play on the pond. The house was super clean and well appointed, bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed."

"Very nice and spacious. The cottage is well appointed, the pics do not do it justice. We had 4 adults & 2 kids under 10 with more than enough space. Bunk bed was a hit with the kids. The host, Martha, was very responsive and resourceful. Our professional beach pics turned out beautiful and golf cart rental was super easy. Both came highly recommended by our gracious host."
