"Nice mid-priced hotel. Only problem is that it ‘upgraded’ my room without asking me. I wanted the room and building (Tower) that I requested. I was originally told the Tower was not available, but the excellent desk clerk was about to do some magic to secure me a room where I wanted (and booked). "
