“I love the place for sure my choice I will go back”

“Rooms at Signature level were the same. But noisier bec these rooms are also for ONE night stays for party goers! “Exclusive” pool wasn’t exclusive and bartenders showed up an hour later! The buffet has cross contamination with how their food is cooked and also served - with shrimp and shellfish and pork both cooked and served with the fries and salmon and hash browns! Even the salads has meat and bacon next to it and people took all with the same serving utensils!!! Day buffet manager Natalia……

“The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable.”

“I would say no one should ever stay at this place. The bathroom got mold the hot water doesn’t work. Nothing work. It’s dirty. It’s not clean.”

“Stay here if you want a quick getaway. Stay here if you need to fly in a day or 2 early due to airline prices. Stay here if your flight is canceled and you need to crash. This spot is very cozy and feels like "nanas house". Ms. Shirley was so sweet and took very good care of us. Her grandson does it all on the property. He is an exceptional waiter. They have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu reasonably priced. All of our meals were delicious. Until next time.”
