“Loved the location, cleanliness and vibe of the hotel with fantastic pools and all staff were great. Only downside was limited parking and I was only able to get a space at the hotel on 1 of 5 days, all other days I had to search for on street parking around 500m away from the hotel. Not ideal but aware there isn’t much can be done about it due to the central location.”

“Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war die Möglichkeit, den Spa-Bereich und die Pools im Nachbarhotel mitzunutzen. Dort konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Insgesamt ein tolles……

“Excellent Hotel. Very friendly staff. Very easy access to downtown. Took us 10 minutes to walk to downtown cable car site. If you need any supermarket items, the mall is right downstairs and there is a nice supermarket there also. There is filtered water on every floor in a machine.The breakfast is also excellent. Great coffee machine, selection of fruits and cheeses and breads, as well as numerous hot entrees. Also, very big plus was we rented a car and used the free parking in the downstairs……
