St. Thomas Magens Bay Hotels

"The staff is very rude. Nisha did not greet us when we walked into the hotel she had us standing there for about 7 minutes before she even acknowledge us. When you ask a question they roll their eyes like you’re bothering them. The shower head looked like it hasn’t been clean in months it had mold on it. When it was time to check out the front desk receptionist Nisha once again didn’t greet us but was on her tablet on FaceTime or a livestream. I had to say something to her because we were heading to the airport and had no time to waiting on her. I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing I could say is that the AC did keep the room nice and cool. "

"Upon arrival we had not received check in information and had to stand outside the gate until we Finally got someone on the phone to resend.they wouldn’t give us the gate code (which would have been helpful) but informed us everything was in the email. Not helpful the beach is across the street and it was quiet but we had to carry chairs ourselves. The room was clean and quiet. Not much to do there. The pool area was quiet and clean but no bar nearby. The employees at the shack were fun. One day there was enough. We would have been bored to death if any longer "

"The house was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and very comfortable for our group of 7 friends. We enjoyed the water toys and loved dining outside. A perfect get away with great views."

"Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again."

"Absolutely gorgeous property on St Thomas. It was perfect for a group of 4 couples. We had room to spread out and room to spare. The pictures don’t do it justice and the views are amazing. Lena and Bob were amazing to work with and so gracious. We will miss you Villa Ondine and VI. "

"We’ve stayed in St Thomas several times and this was by far the best!! vERY private with breath taking views, the house had everything needed for cooking and was very clean. The host was available at all times and provided everything we asked for. I would recommend you get a pin from the host to get to the property, GPS doesn’t take you to it. We had an amazing experience for our week and I highly recommend this place."
