"lovely little place for a home away from home ! and loved that our little dog was welcome also. honestly fell in love with the charm of this old home with the rock foundation. know there is a lot of history coming from those walls. even tho I didn't give 5 stars across the board, I absolutely have no complaints about this rental. I just feel there is always room for improvement ... thanks for a wonderful stay !"

"Owners super responsive and helpful-even went out of their way to notify my brother in law that the deer were "up on the hill"-made his stay to go and watch them for an hour! There is major road construction happening in the area that requires a bit of dodging at the moment-but worked in our favor-lot less traffic! ;) You have to be able to negotiate stairs (not a problem for us). "This was a trip to bring my Dad to see his brother. Probably for the last time. My Dad, sister and I stayed in the home. It was a perfect home for us. The two bedrooms downstairs handled my Dad and sister. I stayed in the Master upstairs. It was perfect. Very clean, plenty of cups, plates and utensils. Nice washer and dryer. Would certainly stay here again!"

There was enough room for parkng It was nice to not have TV on (we couldnt figure out how to use them cuz we are old closer to 80 than 70!) For me, it was nice to have the quiet unlike at home. "Pros: Easy to check in, easy communication, comfy bed, nice towels, big refrigerator, A/C window unit worked great in living room / kitchen (it was 100 degrees outside). Nicely remodeled. Good location Suggestions: We didn't realize there was a fan in the bedroom closet. Because there is no A/C in the bedroom, it got pretty hot in there during the night, so you'll want to get that fan set up before going to sleep to blow the A/C from the living area into the bedroom.
