「This location, The Charles Inn at Vacationland in Bangor, ME is on your website and allowed me to book 3 rooms and it hasn’t been in operation for 2 yrs. I drove 4 hrs with family to arrive and find out we in fact did not have rooms to stay the weekend for my daughter’s college graduation. I had no other option but to look for 3 rooms elsewhere at the last minute and had to pay $1,300 more than I thought I was paying for the first place I thought I had booked. This location needs to be removed...

「大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。」

「Harborline was a last min decision added onto the end of vaca, that was a delightful experience. The pros, I appreciate a hotel that carpets the hall. It reduces noises considerably. The pillows were for me the perfect thickness. Not overly fluffy, and not to thin. One pillow comfortably alighted my spine as a slide sleeper. The staff were exceptional, and the room was immaculately clean. My only complaint is that every hotel shower in this trip there's not step or seat to rest your foot on...
