Great location and proximity to Mammoth Mtn. Bus stops for town’s awesome transit service are nearby and enable minimal car usage during stay

We were not able to get into our place. We arrived very late Friday night. The code provided to get into the condo did not work. I contacted the number provided on the email. For an hour and a half, they were not able to get me into the room. By this time it is approximately 2 am. I could see this was not working, gave up and got a hotel. I am expecting a refund in 7-10 business days. A terrible experience. You guys need to do better than this.
