“Room was clean but it was cold. The unit was blowing cold air even though i checked and made sure the control was on 'heat'. I called the desk and a gentleman said he'd come look at it, but never did! When i called back several times after that, the recording said that ext was busy.
Ive stayed at several LaQuinta inns during my travels, never had a complaint. I am asking this one time for some type of adjustment due to me not having heat in my room. I had to go to sleep with my jacket on.
