「Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry.」

Because the property also acted as a health club for locals, the pool was never available for us. 「Our room was absolutely beautiful, we upgraded to a balcony room and the weather was lovely so ordered take out to eat on the balcony with a few drinks. Ellen was so lovely and made us feel right at home and so welcome, she told us about places to eat locally and things to do in the area. 「The hotel is very nice/upscale. However, they lease a downstairs area to a restaurant that they have no control over. Our room was directly on top and music played rather loudly until 10 PM. Nothing to be done! This is a real disadvantage and needs to be considered before considering this hotel.」
