"There were 2 issues I brought to Vacasa's attention the morning of our first day and each time I texted them they promised that the "local" team would get right back to me. Nobody got back to me until about noon on our 3rd day (our last full day) and then all she did was tell me the issues would be relayed to the owner and nothing could be done to fix them during my stay. Both issues could be easily handled by a handy man (a door knob that fell off from the back door to the patio, and some missing grout in the upstairs shower, which made that shower unusable), but the local manager offered no such solution. Also, my request for some additional soap bars and a box of Kleenex was ignored. I'm very disappointed with Vacasa's lack of follow-up and will try to avoid using properties managed by them in the future. "
