「Great location, fenced-in backyard, with plenty of sleeping arrangements. We traveled with our dog and he had plenty of space in the backyard. The house is a duplex which I don't recall seeing anywhere on the post. It wasn't an issue for us but we were expecting to have our own house. The only complaint I have was that there are so many different sleeping arrangements that the layout of rooms don't make sense. The couch is in the dining room with no TV instead of in the living room. So watching...

We came as part of a group for a conference, so we didn't get to spend a ton of time in the house as we would have liked, but I can imagine this would be super fun in the summer with the pool.」

「We were unexpectedly in town for a funeral and thankful this place was available. The house was well appointed and suitable for our family. The host was very responsive and helpful before our stay. We encountered one minor thing during our stay but the host was very helpful and responsive. In fact we have booked this house again for another visit to the area within the next few weeks! Thank you Matthew for working with our family and being so accommodating! 」

「We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home.」
