"Short stay, but great!"

"I was happy about the location but was quite upset when we had sightings of mice in the hotel and 1 room vent. It is troubling when there are mice running around in your convention room. The hotel looks quite tired and run down from its' former glory. The carpets and vents needs to be cleaned. One of our guests had an immediate reaction to the mold when she turned the vent on in the room. So, 2 of our guests needed to change rooms."

"We only stayed for one night but it was spacious and everything worked great! I had lost a gold chain and reported it lost after checking out. They initially called back saying they didn’t find it, however a day later I got a call, saying a chain was found without the pendent. They sent me pictures and I confirmed it was mine, they held onto it for another day as we have travelled 4 hours out. I picked it up right before my flight, even tho the pendant wasn’t there staff came with me to the parking garage where it was found and tried to help me look for it which I really appreciated. The staff at the front desk were super helpful!"

"Location was good...easy walk to the waterfront, a little harder coming back up the hill, especially after a couple hours at the Lower Deck. A few homeless around the entrance at night. Didn't use the amenities. Room was spacious, easy to take meetings. Would stay here again."
