“Bad area of town . Sketchy people hanging around”

“The room was clean but needs some updating. There was paint scrapes on the wall and everything just felt worn out. Pillows could have been a little bigger but the bed was comfortable. I think $99 / night would be more fitting. The pool water was clear but there was dirt in the bottom. The grounds in general were in poor condition. ”

“Home was immaculate and spacious for our family. It was in a quiet area with ease of access to everywhere we needed. The owner did a fantastic job at ensuring every amenity was taken care of. Decor was great. We only stayed one night. Removed one star only because the listing did not state that when you arrive you will not be able to flush any toilet paper (even if you go number 2). This is a special instruction that isn’t made aware to those staying at this VRBO until you arrive and see it in……

“Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. ”

“The Property needs some remodeling; looks worn and aged. Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that”
