「We loved everything about the Hilton. From our check in to check out. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The pool was beautiful and plenty of seats for everyone. Easy access to beach. The restaurant was inside the Hilton and was very good. I can’t find anything to complain about. I was disappointed that Expedia said there was no parking fee for this hotel when I booked but when I checked out I was charged for each night.」

「This hotel was nothing like the description that was given to me on Expedia. Caitlyn that was at the front desk was no help at all. I wanted a room with a king size bed and I got a room with two queen size beds instead. It said that I would get complementary breakfast and there was no complementary breakfast. Even the Jacuzzi didn’t work properly and I’m still waiting for the lights to turn on at the Jacuzzi. So my experience at the four points was not enjoyable at all. I would not recommend...

「when we register the front desk clerk was either not feeling well or in a bad mood. she checked us in and forgot to give us our parking permit that included the gate code we had to walk back to the front desk to get the code to enter the parking lot 」

「The view of the ocean with the sunrise and the friendly staff was the only thing I will say that is positive. The room smelled like mildew so we had to keep the room at 50 degrees (exaggerated) lowest temp it would go just to not smell the mildew. All light switches broken, cracked, missing pieces of the light switch. The water temperature in the shower would only get Luke warm and I like to be a cooked noodle after my shower so yea I will not be back」

「Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that...
