"Onsen was excellent and food is great. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and spoke English well. The massages offered are also a great find and great for couples. It was super convenient, as they come straight to your room. They offer taxi drop off to Odawara station so just ask. "

"This was a unique experience. The 2 indoor and 1 outdoor onsen were very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The traditional Japanese food was beautifully presented and tasty. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. About 25 minutes walk from Gora station if you are dragging heavy cases up the hill! Otherwise about 15 minutes. "
