「The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

Got mail I was expecting, no call, email or msg to room. I pressed on check out and they found it. Front desk help needed」

「They have text system where you can message the Front desk, its not convenient they respond the following day if you have any questions. And during the day we’re checking in, we were arriving later time I tried calling them, the front desk doesn’t answer their. Also note they clean every other day. But overall we still had a good vacation.」

The pools and grounds were beautiful the management was very good at making our needs were met. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in a resort to go there」
