"Dana Point - 10, Location of Condo - 10. Management Company - 10. Great walk to the beach through the golf course. Not sure why people rate this condo as a 10/10 however. Gigantic tub needs to be removed, make more room to the toilet. The 2 leather sofas need to be tossed, very uncomfortable. Lots of things need to be thrown out and replaced. Towels and sheets were very nice."
