"The check in process is truly dreadful. Very small print on the Expedia booking instructing the person booking to contact the proprietor 48 hours before arrival as they don’t have a reception. Why on earth are they not emailing the customer?! Why is the paying customer being asked to seek them out for the privilege of entering a property they have paid for?! If this really must be the process, please please make this clearer. Thankfully I noticed this, and after a nail biting delay of nearly 24 hours, elicited a response- phew! Unfortunately some colleagues staying there were not so lucky and could not enter the property on their first night, and had to find somewhere else to stay instead! Two other pretty major issues with this place: WiFi is so bad as to be pretty much unusable; even the 4/5G signal which I used to hotspot instead is very poor, so you can’t get any work done in this apartment. It also faces into what I am convinced is the noisiest street in Prato. This makes it extremely loud in the evenings. I was there on weeknights and it quietened down after 11 but bear this in mind if you are hoping for some early nights. Otherwise, the room/apartment space is very nice, clean, well equipped, comfy bed, average shower (water pressure could have been better). And being located on such a lively street has advantages; right in the centre of things. "

"The property was well maintained and full of all the necessities needed. The breakfast was served perfectly with delicious food. Self check in was easy and fast, it was a quiet, relaxing place. There is a swimming pool next to the hotel as well but didn’t get the chance to visit. Everything else was perfect and as expected."
