"First time stay at the hotel. Very clean, the suite was a perfect size and the pull out couch was a plus! Great views from the pool on the 30th floor and the lady I checked in with was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely will stay again. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel with my family. Lots of breakfast options like omelette, Pan cakes, fresh melons to name a few. Daily free evening drinks and snacks were awesome. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Overall staff and hotel were beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Chicago downtown. They upgraded my room to premium suite due to unavailability of the regular one that I booked."
