"The resort is quiet and it has the best view of the ocean. It's clean and service is prompt. The pool is very clean, good size for adults and children. We love that our spacious unit had w/d, full kitchen and balconies on both floor of the unit. We weren't impressed with the restaurant though. We only went to sanderlings for breakfast. After we sat down, we noticed the coffee mugs that were set at the table were dirty. They weren't used. They just weren't washed well. Lipstick mark was on one of them. We didn't get any coffee. After the food arrived, we accidentally knocked the small planter that was on the table. Dirt from the pot was spilled onto one of the plate and half of the food was contaminated. It was our fault for knocking it over but the waiter chuckled and said "I don't know how to help with that" and didn't offer to help. Just took away the dirt we cleaned up from the table and didn't even replace the napkin he took away. Didn't ask if we want a new plate to be replaced. "

"The Hotel is very uniquely decorated with calming charm. The rooms are very nice and had sleep number beds which we loved as we have that at home so it was easy to utilize. The breakfast included was amazing- full hot breakfast with options. The gym and pool area were very nice. We plan on staying here as our main go to hotel when visiting family in san jose. "

"The staff who checked us in and out were incredibly sweet and kind, very welcoming. The room was mostly very clean and smelled fresh, with plenty of towels in the bathroom and Dove shower products, which was a nice touch. The only downside was a bit of gunk stuck on the door, tried cleaning it but it was really stuck on, but all other surfaces were spotless. Breakfast was a highlight with a solid spread of hot options like eggs, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, and pancakes, plus continental items like bagels, toast, yogurt, and muffins. Amenities were fine, parking was easy, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!"
