“Perfect location right on the sand in Santa Cruz! Could watch the waves and the surfers from the room and activity on the pier. Room was a good size. Enjoyed the convenience of the coffee cart in the lobby and the food and views at Jack O’neills were excellent! ”

“According to Hotel.com before booking, there is VIP access privilege.
There was nothing.
Furthermore, I did not like the extra 25 US dollar per night for destination fee? I mean according to hotel.com is a resort fee so I expected a resort experience. But upon arrival is called destination fee and I don't understand the extra destination charge.
In addition, they charge lodging tax at the hotel.
They already charged tax and fees through hotel.com.
