「We are impressed by the traditional Japanese style service. Very clean and spacious. bed big and comfortable. Breakfast was good enough, not fancy with Yen 2200. Only downside that on the last day we tried to take bus 50 as suggested by staff to kyoto station, the bus was full and written no luggage allowed. We panicked as the flight schedule becomes tight. Guess the staff did not know. It was quite some work to walk to underground with our luggage. 」

「Nice boutique hotel, clean and friendly staff. 4 minutes walk to karasuma line (north/south) station, and 9 minutes walk to Tozai line (west/east) station. Taxi to Kyoto station is around 12 minutes and 1500 yen. However, the neighborhood is quiet in the evening, not for shopping or dining… The hotel provides free shuttle service to Kinkakujicho-Ji temple (morning) and Arashiyama (afternoon) is a plus, if they are on your visit list. Furthermore, The school bus baker cafe is only 3 minutes...

「A standrad double bed room with toliet inside. The room is small but really clean. Get in with key. There are two gates on the ground floor with one needs your room key to open. The staffs are nice. A big and comfortable open kitchen in the ground floor. The staff told my that the public area is cleaned every night. 」
