"This lovely home sits beautifully in between two natural areas, assuring privacy and framing the stunning ocean view perfectly. Comfy furniture and multiple seating areas made it easy for our group to pursure differnent entertainment options. The well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill were great for cooking! "

"The beach house was in a fantastic location with the best view as possible. It had floor to ceiling windows where you could look out at the ocean 24 hours a day. It was quiet, comfortable good beds in a very relaxing experience. You will not find a better view of an ocean setting in Folly Beach."

"The house exceeded our expectations and is the nicest beach home we have ever rented. The house itself was clean and modern, and the kitchen was extremely large, well stocked with a variety of cookware and dishes, and had excellent appliances. The view from the living room is just magnificent, and the pool and outside areas of the property are wonderful for a group. I was a bit concerned before our stay about the road that runs between the house and the beach, but the house is elevated so that the road is not really visible from the house. In addition, there was very little traffic on the road during our stay, so the road proved to be a nonissue. The owners were extremely responsive and a property manager met us when we checked in to go over the property details in person. The easy access to Charleston is another plus of this property. Our family and friends would love to have the opportunity to stay at this amazing home again."

"We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. The location is perfect, the house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The grill worked great.The hosts were very kind and communicative, and we really appreciated the early check-in. The credit provided was a nice bonus and allowed us to rent bicycles, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Just a couple of small things to keep in mind: there are bath towels but no beach towels (not an issue for us since we stayed in winter), and a few items like the beach chairs, outdoor hose, and living room sofa could benefit from some updates to make the experience even better.Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend it."
