Mount Desert Island Ski Hotel

"We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. Location is great - walk across the street to the harbor to check out boats and birds, or walk down to the village for breakfast or dinner. We loved our stay in Southwest Harbor and at Breakwater. "Quiet hotel with beautiful views. The staff was helpful and nice. It was nice to have complementary breakfast included and the options were great. I also like that there was a restaurant to have dinner at with great options and good food. I made a mistake and had 2 different bookings. I liked the main hotel and room and would stay there again. The other room was ok, but I would not chose to stay in the port side rooms again."
