"Overall stay was incredible, especially with Star Class which really enhanced our experience. The restaurants are great, and I think offer a variety for all diets and lifestyles. The spa was definitely the highlight of our trip, everything from the hydrotherapy experience (which was guided by an attendant, was something different and new for me!!). All the staff, including personal butler's, entertainers, front desk staff - literally every interaction on every level was incredible and responsive. Definitely fell in love with the property. Only downside is that its a bit out of the city if you decide to drive, otherwise it is quiet and perfect on the adult scene."

"The staff was so amazing!!! We spent most of the time in the cabana on the beach where between our concierge Josue and Angel we didn’t want for anything between drink refills, snacks, glass cleaning and cool towels, complimentary appetizers and fruit drinks…it was so relaxing and we felt incredibly spoiled!!! The rest of the time we enjoyed our rooftop loungers and plunge pool, and 24 hour room service! We spent every evening getting dressed up to eat out at a different restaurant every night where the staff were as equally professional and kind. The hotel cleanliness and grounds were immaculate and beautiful. I would also highly recommend the private round trip transfer from the airport, we were greeted kindly and immediately followed by cool towels and cold water on the drive in a brand new Chevy suburban. Completely worth the first class care and comfort! There were three gates to go through before getting to the resort and they even had us wait at the gate to confirm our reservations before we were allowed to the main entrance. We felt completely safe and comfortable! The weather called for rainy and cloudy every day and it was sunny every morning it rained once at night and sprinkled one afternoon so I just booked a spa appointment for that time. We were planning our return trip before we left!!!"

"Despite a small hiccup during check-in, once we were settled into our room, we truly enjoyed our stay at the resort. The staff were absolutely wonderful, some of the friendliest and most helpful people we encountered. From housekeeping to the restaurants and other venues, everyone was kind, welcoming, supportive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests were taken care of. The restaurant staff especially went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our vacation enjoyable. The food and all-inclusive drinks were amazing, and we really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. My only suggestion would be to offer more indoor activities, especially during rainy days and earlier in the morning. We had several days of rain, and because many of the outdoor activities weren’t available and other amenities didn’t open until around 11 AM, there wasn’t much to do between 6 AM and 11 AM. As active middle-aged adults, we would have loved more options during those hours, particularly when the weather prevented us from enjoying the outdoor activities. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of us and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We truly appreciated your hospitality and will surely return!"
