“Near to perfect place for stay, from facilities, to staff, to location. Spacious, comfy, good sound proof, with everything you need for short or long stay. Will definitely come back if there's a chance. Above expectation provisions include free capsule coffee in lobby, Netflix, and WhatsApp contact with reception which made communication much easier and convenient. Only complaint is the weak water pressures in shower and lack of pillow options. The pillows are bulk and too high for us.”

“This was a great place to stay for our first visit to Edinburgh. We walked everywhere and it was very conveniently placed to do so. Breakfast places were handy, Rose St was close and we stopped there daily to eat/shop. Ed was especially helpful and we still have his map and directions. The room was very small, but clean and modern, and had everything you need. Loved the heated towel rack too! I wish that I had known you also had a hotel in London where we headed next as we would have booked……

Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights. Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone trying to maintain a social distance from each other, sanitising everything after use,……
