「We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.」

「House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!」

Free (summer only) shuttle a 2 minute walk away, but we ended up walking as things were so close. 15 to 30 minute walk to all falls viewpoints on the US side and the the Canadian side of the Rainbow Bridge. 「Great location and a beautiful clean 1 bedroom place. The walls were not soundproofed with insulation so when the other tenants came and went we thought they were in our unit. My wife actually sat up and said ...Hello, Who is in here? The neighborhood is in transition and there were a couple of homes in less than perfect condition but, it was a safe, NEW, clean place close to everything. Go and enjoy.」
