Beautiful 5 bedroom 3 bath 2nd level Beach home 30 Second Walk to the Sand with Pool Table and Oversized 2 Car Garage.

The home includes 5 Queen Sized Beds, 1 in each of the 5 Rooms with an en-suite bath in the Master. Home includes a Smart TV with Cable & WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs/Toys/Umbrella, and 4 Bicycles.

The space
5 BEDROOM 3 BATH SECOND LEVEL HOME

This 2nd Level home has an oversized great room equipt with a Pool Table, Dining Room Table, Seating Area with Smart TV, gas fireplace, and attached Balcony with BBQ.

These two bedrooms are closest to the living room area and share bathroom 1 which has a Blue Vanity and Standup Shower.

These two bedrooms are in the middle of the home and share bathroom 2 with the shower and separate oversized tub.

Bedroom 5 - 2nd Floor King Bed w/ Private Ensuite

Located at the back of the property overlooking the lower home's (apt B) backyard. This Bedroom is furthest from the living room/kitchen area and comes equipped with a fireplace and ensuite bath. The ensuite has a standup shower with a decorative teal tile stripe and a rock tile floor pan.

HOME LOCATION

This property is centrally located on 51st Street North of Newport Pier. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families.


IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:

- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.

-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.

- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.

- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent
- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.

PETS

This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.

Great house for big family

Overall great stay but the kitchen is poorly appointed, dining table and chairs are old and worn and should probably be replaced. Bedrooms were large however a few of us complained about uncomfortable mattresses. Overall enjoyed the stay and the property is very close to the beach.

Everything about the property was excellent. Great location, clean and had plenty of spacd for our group of 10. Beds were a little firm but other than that small critique everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Cannabis smell and Poor cleaning

The house is very well located. 1 block from the sand. Unfortunately the day when we arrived very strong cannabis smell received us. My daughter and grand son must to sleep in a hotel the first night. One of the beds have a couple of little ticks between the sheets. A guest was stung the second night.

First Whole Family Getaway

The Newport beach house was perfect for our whole family getaway. Instead of doing gifts this year for Christmas, we decided to vacation together instead. This five bedroom house was perfect for our family with both grandparents, mom, dad, aunt, uncle, two kids, and a dog. There was a bed for everyone and we slept comfortably. Everyone enjoyed the pool table. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The best part was that it was within walking distance of the beach. We loved it and can't wait to be back.

Tower 17 treated us well! They were responsive and friendly. Everything as promised. The property needs updating but price reflects finishes. Just be aware that it’s very clean just outdated. Will rent again from them.

Great Spot for a Yearly Get Together

Amazing location to the beach (1 block away), restaurants, and coffee shops. We were in town for business and needed a quiet spot to relax and this house did its job. The house was clean, stocked full of towels, had bikes and beach toys to use, and overall was everything we needed for our two night stay. We had ample room for 6 adults, and the instructions to everything were incredibly easy and clear. If you are in Newport and want a clean house in a GREAT location, this is the one for you!

We had the best week with friends and family here. The house was all updated with beautiful bathrooms and a nice kitchen to at ease fully stocked. We loved having the pool table there for downtime and the garage was full of beach supplies and bikes which was an added bonus!

Nice place until Bedtime

The property is great. Only problem was The beds …… they need to be replaced. Really really broken down mattresses and very creaky. Sorry to complain but everyone was very disappointed with the beds. Thanks again.

Really wonderful stay... Clean house, sufficient space for us. Clear check-in and check out instructions were given. property management team was available and responsive. ov Overall I'm completely satisfied and gave 5 star rating...only a few suggestions: - provide more steps to open the door - get bathroom door locks checked - since the parking garage is shared between Unit A and B, put some sign board to indicate the same so that there is no confusion. Also, put some lines on the garage floor that can help residents park car within the allocated space... just a suggestion. - put WiFi booster Thank you again.

This place is in a great location for easy access to the beach. Having some beach supplies saved us some packing too. The rental management company people were friendly and helpful also. Some things in the house could use some maintenance and touch ups.

Very nice house

Our group of 7 adult co-workers stayed here for a few nights. The house is in a great location so close to the beach. The upgrades are beautiful in the home. It’s very comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace as January nights can get a bit chilly. The first night the heater would not work but the management company sent someone out to fix it the next day. The beds were very comfortable and only a small issue, if you’re a light sleeper, some of the beds are a bit noisy when turning over while sleeping. I think it’s the box springs on the beds making the noise. Not a deal breaker unless you are a light sleeper. Overall I would recommend this beautiful home!

Birthday getaway

Over all the house is nice. The parking is ample but also confusing, lots of rules. The house could have provided more basic household items like paper towels trash bags and basic spices/condiments. Very close to the sand and friendly neighborhood. The bikes are old but work great. I would recommend the addition of a Bluetooth speaker.

Spectacular and spacious

We enjoyed 5 days in this beautiful Newport home for a family reunion. My daughter counted how many steps it took to get to the sand and I think she counted 86 with her little legs. We loved how easy it was to get to the ocean and play on the shore. The area is chill, definitely not too busy. Just a short bike ride down to the pier to be in the hustle and bustle. The home feels cozy and updated with plenty of room for everyone. I didn’t think we would use the pool table much, but it became a great source of entertainment! I really enjoyed how the front of the house has big sliding doors facing the coast allowing that wonderful sea breeze to gently fill the living room. Now to be critical... Cleanliness was a slight issue. The home overall feels clean and modern, but we had a bed that seemed like the sheets were never washed after the previous tenant. The sheets had many dark hairs. We asked for some new sheets. We had a hard time with some of the dishes and available kitchen accessories. We felt the need to wash everything before using it the first time because they just didn’t look clean. The kitchen could use more cohesive dinnerware. The pots and pans have lots of scratches on the nonstick surface. Measuring cups and spoons would’ve been nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our time in Newport. Many happy memories made to last a lifetime. I would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend away from home...

As a family its always been our goal to build memories since our children were little and with great hope to continue with it even if they are already adult and married. With all this covid happening, we feel that being on the beach is much safer. This house we rented is just a few steps to the beach with all the amenities of home and the bicycles and beach gear is a great plus. We didnt expect this place to be huge with enough rooms and bathrooms, great amenities and best of all great time to commune with nature and its beauty. We have also great time sitting around the fireplace with my daughter on her guitar singing and having fun, everyone is filled with joy on this weekend away from home. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing stay!

Great location, steps away from the beach. The home was very clean and had everything you would need. Communication was great between the property owners. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend at this property.
