Home is exactly as advertised! Very comfortable, bedrooms and bathrooms laid out really well. The kitchen, dining and living rooms face the ocean and the house is on the sand, completely unobstructed view!! Beautiful!!

Great location on the boardwalk, cute house, but needs updating. The master bedroom furniture is old and rickety and the mattress needs to be replaced, it squeaks when you sit on it. Not very comfortable.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! The location is perfect with volleyball nets within steps of the home. A very short walk to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone, restaurants and more. The home was very clean with extra blankets in each bedroom. Had everything I needed to cook and the Keurig in the kitchen was a huge plus. Smart TV in the living room and master bedroom were nice after a long day. The rental company was great to work with and they even brought us beach chairs and boogie boards! The only negative I can think of is the master bed is very loud and squeaky. Probably time for a new bed frame. Would definitely stay again!!!

Very unpleasant experience

Property description doesn’t said that they are showing two different properties, it shows pictures from first & second floor together ( we found that out once we arrive to the property) & we see that it was a big stairs, that the property assigned to us was on the second floor & the balcony was a 2x2 size, the whole property smell like moisture and ceiling had water damage. Cobwebs were all over the living room & rooms ceiling & also the Curtains on the master room were all broken giving the room cero privacy. We didn’t stay at the property, we left right away & I contacted the host ( a property company) & let them know what happened. Hopefully they will help me with the refund as they said they will.
