「The property itself was extremely nice. The interior was very clean, spacious, and well lit. Every room had great beds and closets with dressers. Plenty of televisions and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Nice appliances and the washer and dryer was great to have. Water was nice and hot !We stayed on the third level which was great but long steps. Might be harder for those that aren’t mobile. 「we were so impressed with the property, and location. very cozy, and very roomy. really enjoyed it, very relaxing after a full day at the jazz festival.also so nice that it was so near the ferry, safe, nice walk to it. everything about the place was great! would definitely stay there again!」

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
