"This was the wors motel that I have ever stayed in. The bag covers under the sheets were covered in urine stains, and what it looked like, blood. Maintenance is horrible Groundkeeping is horrible, overall filthy location.Needs a major update i walked in the lobby and was able to see the computer. I saw every guest name and room number. I brought it to the owner's wife attention. She said something about it's because if they close down the system, they have to reboot the whole thing or something...

"Some issues with the toilet not flushing well but otherwise was a great place. The rooftop pool had an amazing view to just relax in the evening even if not getting into the pool. The location was convenient to just walk to French quarter, river walk and convention center. I would stay there again if I come back to New Orleans "

"We had a great stay at Royal Sonesta! Staff was extremely friendly from the moment we stepped out of our taxi and was greeted by Caleb! We had interior balcony room and heard no sound from Bourbon St! Pool area was enjoyed by my children. While we traveled with our kids, and didn’t love Bourbon St (didn’t feel unsafe just not our scene) we were able to skirt around the hotel and were able to avoid it which was easy to do! We did however LOVE the Cafe Beignet and music legends park right across the street!"

"First and foremost, this is the 2nd time I have stayed at the JUNG and the hotel is beautiful. the room and staff are amazing. SAM!!! YOU ARE DOPE. you made me and my sisters feel like VIP the way you went above and beyond for us. if you go to THE JUNG, ask for Sam. now the area surrounding this hotel is a bit sketchy some unwanted people would come through which is annoying and, in the future, would change the vibe of this hotel. I feel like they need to add SECURITY SECURITY to prevent unwanted visitors from coming and staying at the hotel. I hope when I visit NOLA again, I can stay here. "

"The staff were incredibly kind and super helpful! We landed early in the morning and they were super kind about checking our luggage at 7am. They also contacted us shortly after for early check-in that we requested upon arrival. The building is super old and quirky so we had some trouble with our lock upon check-in. However, the staff at front came up with me and was able to show me the trick to working the key :) The beds are super comfortable and housekeeping is super great about replacing towels, trash, and linens. It was a super comfortable stay :)"
