"For the price you can’t get something better, don’t think you are getting a nice room like any other 4 seasons, this hotel needs upgrades, We stayed there for 4 nights, reservations for 2 adults and 2 kids, every night we had to call to request another bath towel, they only provide 3, the carpet in our room was dirty , my wife called to guest services and they said they will send someone to vacuum it, they didn’t.No pillow selection and smell ugly, I need to add that this hotel is the home of...

"The stay was good & the staff was friendly. The room was nice & comfortable. The only problem with the room was, when our son took the cushions off the sofa to pull out the sofa bed, it was so dirty, gross. There was food & dirt that hadn’t been cleaned for who knows how long. He put the cushions back on & did not pull out the bed. For being 6 ft tall it wasn’t so comfy to sleep on the couch without it pulled into a bed. The cleaners need to make sure they clean the sofas & sofa beds daily. The...

"This is a great hotel. Very fair price, and always very clean! I've stayed here multiple times and it never disappointed. The rooms are always very clean, the bathroom in the room is very nice, and they have Dove products in the showers. You can't hear anyone around you. There is a bar in the hotel, and a pool, and hot tub. Pet friendly. It's a great stay! "
