Most of the outlets were broken. Only a couple worked. The desk clerk was on her first day. Painfully slow, but pleasant. The restaurant was closed, which was the feature we were most excited about. Not planning on coming back here. "

"Saturday check in is a bit troublesome. They are super strict on 4pm check in - so very long line if don’t book directly with them and use their app. Most hotels if you show up a little early as long as rooms are ready they release them as they become available. "
