"This was my second time staying here. I love the location! The front desk and cleaning staff were amazing! My only complaint is not having free wifi but everything else is wonderful."

"Great room, lobby and view! Only issue was a 9am cleaning lady opening our door while we slept when we were checking out at 11am. No idea why they would think we want our room cleaned two hours before we check out "

"We had a wondering time at Hiltion Magnificent Mile. That being said, the front of the building was getting work done and there was scaffolding present. This did not bother us much. Also, the pool was under remodeling. Again, this did not bother us much. One last thing to note is that the hotel has rooms with double "twins" instead of double "queens". We were traveling with a 8 year old an a 2 year old so the double queens would have helped. Alternatively, we could book 2 rooms next time. "
