“As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned……

“Great stay here. Room, staff, atmosphere were great. Had a good little gym and breakfast every day in a cute breakfast lounge. The area around the hotel was under construction but the hotel itself was clean safe and pretty inside. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate.”

“Wonderful 1 night stay in Thunder Bay. Check in was easy and both staff members at the front desk were professional and fun to talk to. Room was super clean and the bed really comfy. Wish we Had taken our swim suits as the pool and hot tub area was really clean. Breakfast the next morning at their restaurant was well done. I had an omellete and partner had a chorizo scrambler. Both disbhes were tasty and neither of is could finish our meal. Highly recommend staying here and will recommend it……

“Check on was quick and easy, front counter lady was friendly and courteous. Centrally located with lots of restaurant options and shopping nearby. Rooms are clean and well maintained despite being an older building. Would stay again.”

“One of the few motels in that area of Manitoulin Island. Very welcoming host and very helpful. A decent restaurant in the area called the Garden Gate. The room was small but cozy and clean. Well set up with coffee and tea. Bathroom clean with a good selection of shampoo, bodywash and skin lotion”
