「Great location, rooms were nice and clean. Wish bar stayed open until 11 but 10 was still good. Shuttle service was good-but let people know you must call to be picked up. I thought they just automatically run during operation hours but no so for pick ups at the airport. 」

「The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?」
