Not up to the luxury standard as advertised
Ideal location for Nottingham city centre. Underground parking was a real bonus, however, if you own a large SUV extremely tight turns.
What could have been a first class stay was spoilt by a number of faults, which were reported to the owners, so hopefully will be addressed so will not be an issue for others staying.
A really critical one was not being able to use one of the showers - reason we chose this property was for en-suite facilities for both bedrooms.
Difficulty with opening windows and blinds. The windows we could open had to be propped open as would not stay open on their own - a health and safety issue I feel.
Both fans did not work properly (very important as we stayed in the heatwave) one very dirty and needed a thorough clean.
Kitchen taps very wobbly and need some urgent maintenance before they become an issue.
Bedside lamps in one bedroom did not work and no replacement bulbs.
One of the bathroom mirror lights not working.
In conclusion a lovely property for the city centre which would recommend, but for our visit it was let down by the issues we experienced.
